Think.Eat.Drink to Host Monthly 5 Course Pop-Up at Hub Westminster
As of May 2013 Think.Eat.Drink will, one evening per month, be taking over a room at London’s stylish Hub Westminster, to invite guests to share in 5 delicious courses cooked up by T.E.D chefs, and composed using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, provided by T.E.D Supplier Members.
During the course of the evening guests will learn about where the food on their plates has come from, as well as the member company who supplied it, and will be invited to ask questions, and join in discussion about the growing importance of sustainability within the hospitality industry. With an aperitif on arrival, a pay bar offering organic wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks and a meal that will be a celebration of seasonal British produce these summer nights at the Hub on Haymarket are really not to be missed.
