In 2011, in partnership with Start UK, Jamie Grainger-Smith and his team from Think.Eat.Drink set up a one off 'pop-up' restaurant and bar experience.
The pop-up included two events at Clarence House Gardens and two private black tie dinners inside the beautiful Lancaster House, each for 110 international guests, including the King & Queen of Malaysia.
The pop-up was based around sustainability and thebest of British food & drink; it also had a wonderful reclaimed bar and outside restaurant in the grounds of Lancaster House.
