Jamie Grainger-Smith's extensive restaurant experience includes co-founding the Fifteen Foundation with Jamie Oliver in early 2001. He helped with The River Café in Hammersmith, co-founded the multi award-winning Acorn House, Kings Cross and Waterhouse in Hoxton.

These are all projects Jamie is immensely proud to have been a part of and formed the backbone to his own ventures.

Take a look at other projects Jamie and the T.E.D team have been involved in.
