The Fifteen Foundation

Jamie Grainger-Smith was part of the original team and co-founded the Fifteen Foundation with Jamie Oliver in early 2001. Originally known as 'Cheeky Chops Charity' but then becoming the Fifteen Foundation (and now the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation) the charity aims to change the lives of disadvantaged or troubled youngsters by bringing them into the restaurant industry. 

Jamie managed the trainees in the early days and got the initial training plan into practice across a number of sections such as coffee, wines and different array of foods (there were training sessions above the restaurant then). 

This is a project Jamie is immensely proud to have been a part of:
