Jamie Grainger-Smith worked with HRH The Prince of Wales' charity Start (an initiative inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales to promote and celebrate eco-friendly living) to provide a sit down dinner for 35 guests at Kew Palace.

The menu included a wide array of delicious, sustainable and seasonal produts such as Summer Squash, Shaved Cornish Yarg, Crisp Sea Bream, Artichokes, Heritage Tomatoes and Fennel, Rack and Breast of Herdwick Mutton, Pickled Heritage Beetroots and Walnuts, Buttered Savoy Cabbage, Shaved Fennel, Rhubarb and Green to name a few.
