Think.Eat.Drink provided a locally and sustainably sourced menu for a charity dinner in Fairlight Hall, to help raise additional funds for the completion of works on Hastings Pier.

The rebuilding of Hastings Pier is a cause that has been loudly championed by people of the town. Hard work and commitment has seen £11.4m raised from the Heritage Lottery Fund and over £2m from other institutional sources to date (March 2014).
