Think.Eat.Drink's Jamie Grainger-Smith was asked by Simon Opie, Chief Executive of the Hastings Pier and White Rock Trust, to create a feasibility report on their suggested renovation’s for the pier. Jamie is continuing to aid the Trust and was part of the team that won funding from the National Lottery by acting as an advisor on business, catering and sustainability issues.
