Think.Eat.Drink was established in 2009 by Jamie Grainger-Smith, with the vision of developing a specialised consultancy dedicated to helping companies in the food and drinks industry be more forward-thinking and environmentally aware.

Think.Eat.Drink provides guidance, advice and support on many different levels, ranging from food and drink menus, vision, strategies, sustainable design and advice, waste strategies to ethical suppliers and procurement. We have a broad range of experience managing change across a variety of organisations.

We value working in close partnership with our clients. Below are some examples of our business relationships.

Consultancy: Contracted to work closely with the London Legacy Development Corporation (formally Olympic Park Legacy Company) to deliver the food and drink strategy for the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for after the games in London 2012. Find out more >

Events: In summer 2011 we launched a pop-up restaurant and bar at Lancaster House with His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales' Charity Start UK. The event was open to the public and was a complete sell-out, attracting over 7,000 people over 5 days including private functions in Clarence House with VIPs from around the world. Find out more >

Members: Debono Food Service is a leading supplier of specialist foods and key ingredients to chefs in London and the South East. The team at Debono know that supplying restaurants and caterers is about meeting the demands of demanding people.
