A look back on Jamie's work with Acorn House Restaurant - King's Cross, London 2007
London’s if not the UK's first truly urban eco-friendly training restaurant, Acorn House in King's Cross, was created to alter the image of the restaurant and hospitality industry as well as transform the way in which people eat out.
