Throwback to work on Acorn House

Throwback to work on Acorn House

A look back on Jamie's work with Acorn House Restaurant - King's Cross, London 2007

London’s if not the UK's first truly urban eco-friendly training restaurant, Acorn House in King's Cross, was created to alter the image of the restaurant and hospitality industry as well as transform the way in which people eat out.

Jamie (Then Bliss RC to Eat Green and now Think.Eat.Drink) created and worked with the team to make this a reality. You can check out the full case study here.

Below is some of the awesome coverage received.

  • The Times - 'The Most Important Restaurant to Open in 200 years’ - Giles Coran
  • The Guardian - Best Newcomer - ‘All Taste No Waste’ - Jay Rayner
  • The Evening Standard - ‘Eco Warriors to Emulate’ - Fay Maschler
  • The Metro - 'Slick Saviour to Savour' - Marina O'Loughlin
