The Christmas season is upon us, and as a time well-known for over indulgence, why not take a different approach and make it a more sustainable one with a focus on buying seasonal, locally sourced food and drink and planning your event to be a little more ethical?

Happy 10th Anniversary to Fifteen Restaurant
T.E.D’s founder Jamie G-S helped set up and founded Fifteen Restaurant 11 years ago, but launched it 10 years ago. He and the T.E.D team are immensely proud to wish all the past and present students, as well as all staff (past and present), a Happy 10th Anniversary as well as an amazing Christmas and a fantastic, prosperous New Year.

We’re excited to welcome a new operating member, Unity Kitchen, to our T.E.D Membership Scheme. Jamie worked closely with The Camden Society to develop this fantastic concept which now has eight branches. You can read more about what he did here.
Unity Kitchen offers healthy, wholesome food, whether you’re grabbing breakfast to go, socialising over lunch or ordering party food to impress. Its cafes are right at the heart of community venues, so you can feed your interests too. Unity Kitchen is a social enterprise that uses the money it makes to create jobs and apprenticeships for people with disabilities to build careers in catering.

We are pleased to announce that our Founder Member Cafedirect has won the Beyond Business award (for SMEs) from This is Africa (a Financial Times publication). The T.E.D team wish them many congratulations.
