The Body Shop

The Body Shop

Our brief from The Body Shop was to create a menu for dinner for their international heads of  department which would reinforce the theme of their staff workshops: sustainability.

This was the perfect opportunity for us to show off what we do best in the incredible setting of the SkyLounge Bar at Altitude London.  Guests were welcomed with two seasonal cocktails created by our barman extraordinaire Daryl – a blood orange bellini and an English garden mojito with sticky marmalade, mint and elderflower – plus a choice of organic British lagers and non-alcoholic cordials.

Dinner opened with a delicious antipasti platter showcasing the best from our local suppliers - cured meats from Cobble Lane Cured, sustainable smoked salmon, amazing breads from Flour Power City and a range of grilled vegetables. For main course, guests had a choice of pan-fried sustainable cod, slow roast Temple Farm chicken or an egg bake with mushrooms, goat’s cheese and fresh herbs, all accompanied with delicious seasonal vegetables and some fantastic organic wines from Bibendum.

A seasonal rhubarb Eton Mess, chocolate brownies and a Great British cheese board sourced from Neal’s Yard Dairy rounded the evening off.

Thank you Body Shop for giving us the chance to work with you on such a fantastic evening in such a magical setting and we can’t wait to talk sustainability again soon!
